15th St Farm invites you to a Mexican-inspired farm-to-table dinner celebrating chaya, the nutritious “tree spinach” of Mexico. Elise Pickett of The Urban Harvest will guide guests through the plant’s history, preparation, and benefits, adding depth and discovery to the evening.
Chef Zachary will create a multi-course menu where every dish showcases chaya alongside the bold, fresh flavor of Pappy’s Green Sauce. This dinner marks the official launch of Jake Pappas’ beloved sauce, perfected in our farm kitchen and now ready to take its place at the table.
