Farm-to-table dinner: Dining on the Farm’s Bounty

Join us for a a celebration of  the farm's current harvest.

The menu will feature Hors d'oeuvres followed by 3 courses and Petits Fours after dessert:

Hors d’oeuvres

Homemade kimchi on puff pastry circles

Gulf shrimp ceviche 

Pickled spiced radishes 

Appetizer

Fresh from the field farm salad, Asian dressing, and nasturtiums

Tatsoi, Tokyo Bekana, and Purple kale salad with toasted walnuts, 

Franca's famous focaccia with Portwine chicken liver pate

Main course

Belgian Beef Carbonade 

Stout beer, onions, carrots 

Swiss Chard, Lacinato Kale, and butter

 Wood-fired oven-roasted spiced sweet potatoes

Dessert

GateauOchocolat with creme Chantilly and edible flowers

After dinner, Petit Four

Mascarpone-filled date and fresh mint

Vegan option 

Quinoa with tofu, sautéed  onions, farm greens, olive oil, garlic, and green onions
