A Dinner in Provence: prepared by Emmanuel Roux; founder of 15th St Farm

Join us for traditional French Cuisine prepared by 15th St Farm’s very own Emmanuel Roux. A beautiful evening of rustic elegance in our bountiful spring garden.

Arrive at 6pm to explore the farm and enjoy chilled herbal tea and passed appetizers. Once everyone arrives we will sit communally at 6:30pm and food will be served family style, to be passed and shared around the table.

We serve water and chilled herbal tea, please feel free to bring any beverage you wish to enjoy (beer, wine, soda, etc) we will provide the glassware.

Enjoy a dinner filled with great food and good conversation with new friends, and old.

Menu:

Hors d'oeuvres

Pissaladiere. Caramelized onions and tomatoes with olives & capers on puff pastry rounds

Wood-fired roasted onions with herbs de Provence and olive oil

Crudites tray, multicolor carrots, rainbow chard with rouille aioli, and Zhoug

Appetizer

Cold avocado and citrus soup with crostinis

Mesclun salad with edible flowers, French sorrel, and red wine vinaigrette

Focaccia

Main course

 Slow wood-fired oven braised  lamb with fresh rosemary, thyme, parsley, and garlic

Tomatoes Provencales,  Farm greens with olive oil and garlic

Rosemary and lemon roasted potatoes

Dessert

Frozen nougat with candied oranges, honey, almonds, and brandied dried fruit

Fresh from the trees, mulberries and or Jamaican cherries

Petits fours

Lavender butter cookies
