A Taste of Marrakesh.
Let yourself be transported to the exotic, magical Moroccan city of Marrakesh.
Arrive at 7pm for time to enjoy the farm and passed hors d’oeuvres. Once everyone arrives, guests will sit communally and food will be served family style to be passed and shared around the table.
We serve water and a chilled herbal tea. Please bring any additional beverages that you wish to enjoy (wine, beer, soda, etc…) We will provide the glassware.

Assorted Briouat Lamb or vegetables filled light dough triangles
Slata Mechouia, Grilled vegetables with olive oil, garlic, and garlic on toasts
Appetizer
Three color, half cooked carrots salad with cumin, orange blossom water, and parsley
Entree.
Chicken Pastilla.
A delicate dish made with a blend of roasted chicken, nuts, ginger, cilantro, and fragrant Moroccan spices roasted in a delicate phylo dough crust
Vegetable Tajine with garbanzo beans
Dessert
Sweet couscous with raisins, dried fruit and honey
Mint green tea
Petit fours
Dates stuffed with butter and mint
Bon appetit.
A vegan alternative main course: Roasted eggplants with the entrée spice blend and nuts.
