Step into Tim Burton’s whimsical world for a one-night-only farm-to-table dinner under the stars. Enjoy a chef-crafted multi-course menu with hauntingly delightful touches that celebrate both Halloween and the holidays. Costumes are encouraged, whether you channel Jack, Sally or simply come dressed in your favorite festive look. An evening of flavor, community, and a little spooky magic awaits at 15th St Farm.

Nightmare Before Christmas Immersive Menu
Passed Appetizers: “Tricks & Treats from Halloween Town”
Inspired by the mischievous trio and the town’s eerie charm:
• “Lock’s Lava Bites” — Mini meatballs with spicy cherry glaze, served on skewers
 • “Shock’s Cauldron Cups” — Black sesame tartlets filled with pumpkin mousse and sage ash
 • “Barrel’s Bone Crunch” — Sourdough crostini with mushroom pâté and beet “blood” drizzle
Salad: “Sally’s Garden of Shadows”
A tribute to Sally’s potion-making and botanical escapes:
• Wild greens and frisée “for disguise”
 • Charred radicchio “patches”
 • Black garlic vinaigrette “Deadly Nightshade”
 • Blood orange “tears”
 • Toasted pumpkin seeds “grave dirt”
 • Edible flowers “picked from Finkelstein’s lab”
Intermezzo: “Jack’s Snowflake Sorbet”
Inspired by Jack’s wonder at Christmas Town:
• Peppermint-charcoal sorbet
 • Dry ice fog
 • Garnished with a sugar shard snowflake

Meat Option: “Santa Claws’ Braised Beast”
 A dish stolen from Christmas Town and twisted in Halloween Town:
• Red wine–braised beef bourguignon with cranberry-blood glaze
 • Parsnip purée “snow drift”
 • Charred broccolini “coal”
 • Rosemary antlers “reindeer bones”
Served with a candy cane spear and a side of Lock’s “naughty list” potatoes.
Vegan Option: “Pumpkin King’s Harvest Feast”
 A regal, earthy dish fit for Jack’s throne:
• Roasted sweet potato with wild rice, mushrooms, and chestnuts
 • Sage-cashew “fog” drizzle
 • Charred broccolini “twigs”
 • Beetroot “blood” reduction
 • Side of Sally’s “stitched” crispy leeks
Dessert: “Oogie Boogie’s Delight”
A gamble of flavors and textures:
• Black velvet cake with absinthe ganache
 • Hidden roulette fillings — chili chocolate, salted caramel, or matcha
 • Topped with spun sugar and edible bugs
