For thousands of years, humans have gathered in ritual to honor the Earth, mark seasonal shifts, and reconnect with what is sacred. These traditions remind us that the Earth is not just a place we call home, but a living, breathing being we belong to. Through ritual, we remember our deep connection to the Earth – and to one another.
In a culture shaped by capitalism, extraction, and isolation, eco somatics guide us into a different way of being: one rooted in reciprocity rather than consumption. By listening to the land and our bodies, we are reminded that we are not separate from nature, but part of an interconnected web.
As our inner and outer worlds shift, you are invited to slow down, tune in to your body, and create space for what is ready to emerge. Like the trees releasing their leaves, what are you ready to let go of? What is ready to be harvested from the seeds you’ve already planted?
Join us for a seasonal ritual of reflection, connection, and renewal.
Together, we will:
Ground with an elemental meditation.
Explore a beautiful garden and connect with the land with guided creative prompts.
Practice writing, drawing, and movement as pathways to expression and healing.
Restore a sense of belonging through ritual arts and eco somatics.
This gathering is for women and queer people who feel stuck, uninspired, or disconnected. Whether you're longing for deeper connection, seeking a more reciprocal relationship with the natural world, or simply craving space to slow down, you are welcome here. No ritual or eco-somatic experience needed.
Come as you are. Reconnect with the spirit of the land. Remember that you belong.
