Chef Mitch and the team at 15th Street Farm welcome you to an evening celebrating one of the kitchen’s most essential ingredients: garlic.
From delicate and sweet to bold and pungent, tonight’s menu explores garlic in all its forms—raw, roasted, cured, confit, and slow-cooked. Often working behind the scenes, garlic is the foundation of countless dishes and culinary traditions. This dinner brings it to the forefront, highlighting its versatility, depth, and connection to the farm.
Rooted in the season and inspired by the harvest, each course showcases a different expression of garlic, revealing flavors that range from subtle and mellow to rich and complex. We invite you to slow down, share a meal, and experience the many faces of this humble yet extraordinary ingredient.
Arrive at 7:00PM to explore the farm and enjoy some passed apps and chilled herbal tea. Feel free to bring any other beverages that you would like to enjoy, we’ll provide the glassware.
Once all the guests arrive we will sit communally next to friends old and new. Food will be served family style to be passed and shared around the table. Our menus reflect the farm and always include greens harvested the day of the event.
