In the early eighties Emmanuel pioneered the flavored pasta market producing high-end hand made laminated pasta.
He created the squid ink black pasta and was the first to be permitted to import squid ink in the US.
He will demonstrate and you will make his spectacular pasta as well as a saffron pasta. You will get to enjoy both at the end of the class.
Join us in the farm’s commercial kitchen for a relaxed, hands-on class where you will prep and cook a dish, work with fresh ingredients, learn simple skills you can use at home and leave with a recipe card and a sample of what you made.
