Food as Feedback Dinner 3: Trusting What You Know
What if trusting yourself could begin with something as simple as choosing what you want to eat?
Join Katie Ruffino and 15th Street Farm for the third Food as Feedback dinner: an evening of nourishing food, meaningful conversation, and a chance to reconnect with your own voice.
At our last dinner, we slowed down, engaged our senses, and explored what it feels like to treat our bodies as something to love and nourish. This time, we’ll take the next step: noticing what happens when we sense what we want or need, but second-guess ourselves, look for permission, or worry about getting it wrong.
Through a farm-to-table meal, gentle guided reflection, and conversation, we’ll explore:
• Where we learned to doubt our own preferences and signals
• How outside opinions can become louder than our inner knowing
• What it feels like to make a small choice, stay curious, and learn from the experience
• How practicing self-trust with food can carry into the rest of life
Come as you are, enjoy the meal, and leave with one small way to practice trusting yourself even more.
This dinner stands on its own, so you’re welcome whether you’ve attended every Food as Feedback gathering or this will be your first!
