This exclusive farm-to-table experience blends old-world Italian tradition with seasonal ingredients—many harvested steps away at 15th Street Farm. Served family-style at long communal tables, the menu is designed to encourage conversation, connection, and indulgent appreciation for food at its freshest.

Amuse-Bouche

Truffle Arancini with Short Rib and a Pecorino Foam: Risotto balls infused with earthy truffle essence, mushrooms, short rib, served with a light Pecorino Romano foam.

Appetizer

Caprese Tower with Aged Balsamic Pearls: Stacked layers of ripe heirloom tomatoes, creamy mozzarella, and fresh basil leaves, elegantly drizzled with basil olive oil and topped with balsamic pearls for a refined presentation.

Salad

Baby Arugula and Fig Salad with Shaved Pecorino and Honey: Delicate baby arugula paired with fresh figs, shaved Pecorino cheese, toasted Marcona almonds, and a drizzle of local honey for balance.

Main Course

Braised Veal Osso Buco with Lemon Gremolata: Slow-braised veal shank served on golden saffron risotto, accompanied by roasted pearl onions and gremolata to brighten the rich flavors.

Vegetarian Option: Butternut squash and mascarpone ravioli topped with sage butter sauce, crispy sage leaves, and shaved Parmigiano-Reggiano.

Dessert
