A seafood celebration of the Gulf's waters' bounty from oysters to Cedar key clams, mussels and shrimp to fresh marinated sheepshead filets and an authentic as possible French bouillabaisse.  End with a classic dessert from the Limousing region of France using  the farm's unique and delicious Jamaican cherries in lieu of the French cherries

Be prepare to indulge in the best of  the local waters
