A Mid-Summer Night's Feast

A Midsummer Night’s Table is a whimsical culinary journey inspired by Shakespeare’s enchanted forest, a place where fairies feast, lovers wander, and nothing is quite as it seems. This multi-course tasting menu brings that world to life through imaginative, seasonal dishes that shimmer with edible flowers, vibrant fruit, woodland herbs, and a touch of theatrical flair. Every course is a brushstroke in a midsummer canvas: from golden beets that evoke enchanted sunsets to violet plum sorbets and “Puck’s Pavlova” spun from meringue and moonlight. Created to delight, surprise, and transport, this dinner invites you to taste the wild beauty of a dream brought to table. Let the forest spell unfold… and follow it, course by course, into a night of wonder.

Passed App

“Fairy Rings” of Mushroom & Truffle Petite savory tarts filled with wild mushrooms, truffle cream, and thyme—an homage to the fairy circles deep in the enchanted woods.

Salad

Golden Beets & Goat Cheese with Edible Flowers Roasted and pickled golden beets with whipped chèvre, toasted hazelnuts, on a bed of arugula and pansy petals—a tribute to Oberon’s regal court.

Palate Cleanser

Enchanted Plum & Violet Sorbet A delicate sorbet infused with violet and summer stone fruit—cool, floral, and fleeting like a midsummer’s dream.

Main Course

For the Lovers (Meat Option): Roasted Chicken Breast with Blackberries & Wild Herbs Roasted Chickrn glazed with blackberry jus, served over creamy farro served with an herb stuffing and foraged greens—rustic yet regal, echoing the forest’s romantic folly.

For the Fairies (Vegetarian Option): Charred Leek & Summer Squash Galette A flaky pastry filled with caramelized leeks, heirloom squash, and herbed ricotta, served with a drizzle of lemon-thyme oil.

Dessert

Puck’s Pavlova Crispy meringue with a cloud-like center, topped with lemon curd, rose water -scented berries, and candied pistachios. Mischievous, charming, and sweetly chaotic.
