This hands-on workshop will guide participants through the principles of Ayurvedic seasonal eating, using herbs and spices to prepare a nourishing, balanced summer meal. We’ll also enjoy a farm-to-fork brunch, explore the garden through a guided herb walk, and practice mindful eating together.
