Chef D Antonio is a St Pete native, born and raised, and has been here for 57 years. Ever since he was younger, he knew he wanted to cook. For almost a decade, he worked with many famous chefs including Denis Corrino at Blazing Broncos BBQ and Porky & Beans BBQ. Chef D Antonio has won multiple awards for his BBQ and he looks forward to sharing his expertise with the community.
This 2 hour demonstration will go over the following methods: Knife skills, meat preparation, ideas for making your own rub, how to use safely use a smoker to cook ribs and pulled pork. Meats will be accompanied by beans and potato salad, along with fresh greens from the farm.
