Upcoming Events

Join us for one of the upcoming events listed below!

At 15th St Farms, we offer a variety of events including cooking classes, yoga brunches, corporate lunches, farm tasting tours, gardening classes, and our signature offering — soil-to-fork dinners. We also offer private events.

All our dinners will be based on a prix fixe and served family-style at long tables in the covered open-air events barn facing our wood-fired brick oven.  The emphasis is on the freshness of local ingredients, most of which will be grown a few feet away, and they will illustrate their authentic taste.

“A meal at 15th St farm will be akin to going to a friend’s for a convivial elegant dinner in a unique setting,” said Emmanuel Roux, 15th St Farm’s founder.

Join us for an hour of yoga followed by an hour of eating breakfast prepared by our chef and socializing with the community.

About the Instructor:

Isabel Barros is a yoga instructor and psychological researcher with over a decade of experience integrating movement, mindfulness, and nervous system regulation. She spent years teaching and researching socioemotional learning in schools, finding that practicing students gained an extra hour of sleep per night compared to control groups. With extensive experience in clinical settings, Isabel has taught in psychiatric hospitals, substance use disorder treatment centers, memory care units, and intensive outpatient programs. Beyond yoga, Isabel specializes in cardiovascular psychophysiology, and how light, sound, and somatic cues influence stress resilience and cardiac vagal control. She teaches students to recognize the language of their nervous system, helping them tune into signals of safety, grounding, and co-regulation. She also organizes wellness events that merge technology and consciousness, exploring how biofeedback, sound, and light support well-being. As the founder of Is Be Wonders, Inc., Isabel is creating a community-driven platform to explore these intersections through her blog and podcast. Her classes offer a unique blend of science-backed nervous system regulation and deep grounding practices, fostering both physical and emotional resilience.

About Chef George von Waltsleben:

Originally from South Africa, Chef Georges’ love for food and culture was shaped by a life of exploration and adventure. At just 8 years old, he began traveling the world, and by 11, his family of five embarked on a transformative journey, sailing across the Atlantic Ocean on a 43-foot sailboat before arriving in the United States for the first time. This experience profoundly influenced his culinary path.

In 2006, after moving back to the U.S., he and his family opened award-winning, Primi Urban Café in downtown St. Petersburg, where his culinary career began. He also studied Culinary Arts at the Art Institute of Tampa to further refine his skills. Later, him and his wife Sara embarked on an extraordinary chapter, spending seven years aboard mega-yachts as Head Chef and Chief Stewardess. Traveling the globe, he cooked for world-class athletes, celebrities, and royalty, mastering his craft while working with the finest ingredients available.

After time at sea, he started a family and worked as a private chef at an estate near Palm Beach Gardens, FL. Today, he is the proud owner of St. Pete Microgreens, cultivating fresh, nutrient-dense microgreens and sharing his passion for sustainable, high-quality food with the St. Petersburg community.

In 2025, he is thrilled to be reopening his schedule as a private chef, offering unique dining experiences through private parties, corporate events, and pop-up gatherings.

Anna is a warm & welcoming passionate student of life & lover of the earth. With her personal yoga practice spanning 12+ years and teaching practice of 3+ years, it’s an integral part of her daily life and never fails to connect her to her mind, body, spirit, and breath. She’s a RYT 500-hour teacher trained in Varkala, Kerala, South India (based in Sivananda & B.K.S Iyengar hatha & ashtanga, restorative & gentle flows, Himalayan traditions in pranayama & meditation, and Ayurvedic foundations).
