Nick Ewing of ArtisTREE Gardens is a producer of arts and organics through sustainability. His years tending to his client's private gardens and his own garden apiary in Tampa has brought season after season of new recipes and flavors based on the local blooming organics that grow in our very own climate. Tying in flavors from his travels and experiences with international communities cuisine, Nick blends Renaissance style culinary traditions with new age techniques and processes to bring new life to food and to people.
Sourcing seasonal availabilities and procuring from sister gardens and farms, Nick's take on permaculture-based cuisine infuses his roots from the mountains of Appalachia and his time in the sunshine state of Florida. History, arts, organics and life cook together to create a gardinner that inspires patrons to wonder their existence, footprint, and potential for a greener, healthier, and more peaceful future.
Ewing's life goal is that the work and growth of ArtisTREE Gardens will bring sustainable regenerative development to the community by educating the public on foodwasteless recipes, lowering one's carbon footprint, and providing stable value to the creators and producers of arts and organics throughout the world.
