Join us for Mindful Monday's, a peaceful bi-monthly gathering in the garden that blends the healing power of flowers with meditation, iced hibiscus tea, and reflective journaling. Surrounded by plants, herbs, trees and blooms, you'll be guided through a gentle floral/plant meditation designed to ground your energy and calm your mind.
Each session includes:
A short grounding plant meditation
Herbal tea made from the garden
A journaling prompt to deepen self-awareness, connect and reflect.
Time to connect with others—or simply enjoy solitude in nature
Come as you are. No meditation or journaling experience needed. Just bring an open heart, a notebook, and a willingness to bloom.
This is a Donation based in collaboration with 15th Street Farms to keep our beautiful gardens blooming for the community to relax and enjoy. Donations can be made prior or at the event via cash or card.
